This idea is not my original… I think that is how they came out with Olloclip for iPhone…but magnifying glass is mine and I had fun exploring things with it…:)
Love what you are cooking on your blog!
I don’t know if there are any truly original ideas anymore. I decided to make French toast on my waffle iron so the butter and syrup wouldn’t slide off. I thought it was an invention of mine till I googled it. I might have been the last person to know about it!
Taking pictures through the magnifying glass has been explored many times.
As for me, I discovered for myself a world of optical light…hide and seek…will play with it again…I found it therapeutic…
If Ansel Adams and Emily Dickinson had a child, it would be you. You have the eye of an artist, and the soul of a poet. You are a creative dynamo. I would write more, but I’m trying to find my magnifying glass
Did I say how much I love your comments?…I think my ego grew an inch…:)
Absolutely will take “the soul of poet”…and will run with it…:)
Did you find your magnifying glass yet?
Just like I said this is not my original idea but had fun exploring optics… Will do more. I hope you are enjoying your vacation and are playing like a kid…:)
A cactus flower. Lovely. I like the way you played with light here. It really is all about the light, isn’t it. I like the old film look of the dark photos too.
Okay…this has got to be one of the coolest and most interesting take on photography. A freaking magnifying glass!? That is too awesome & clever. I would love to try this one day. Awesome concept here.
Such creativity, using a magnifying glass to examine the minutiae.
Had so much fun playing with optical light. Thank you.
Love the 2nd image, B
That is my cactus and its flower. Apparently the whole thing is edible…
So cool! Great idea and execution
Thank you… Will be eating hot dogs soon. I am really craving one.
haha! get one Barbara. they are all over town π
What a simple but brilliant idea, and so beautifully realised. Impossible to choose between them – they all exist in their own worlds.

Simple and effective. Very well done π
That is right…..it was a good therapy playing with light and such…:)

Thank you for taking time to leave a comment, Alessandro.
This is genius… I may have to steal that idea sometime… π

Amen, Mike…
On Monday, post office on my list…
Well, you may be right, but there are many ways to execute an idea…
You will have fun exploring the world through the glass…:)
Absolutely wonderful series, barbara…now, all of us will steal your creative idea, haha!
